It is specified that the business incubator COSENS (association under the 1901 law, headquartered at: Établissement EAE, 2A Rue de Rome, 13001 MARSEILLE, SIRET number: 419 369 798 000 48, represented by its president, Mr. Xavier CHANTEPY), created under the Economic Initiative Law (L.2003-721 of August 1, 2003, Decree 2005-505 of May 19, 2005), supports Jennifer MALAUSSENA, who signed on January 17, 2025, for a renewable 1-year term, a Business Project Support Contract (CAPE) (Decree No. 2005-505 of May 19, 2005, Articles L 127-1 to L 127-7 of the Commercial Code).
The Jenny’s Voyages website is managed intuitu personae by Jennifer Malaussena and cannot under any circumstances be transferred to a third party.
When Jennifer Malaussena leaves the COSENS association to start her own business, she will inform the client.
The contractual relationships will be automatically transferred to this new company without any changes, and the incubator COSENS will be released from all contractual obligations and liabilities towards the client.
If Jennifer MALAUSSENA ends her contract with the incubator COSENS for any reason other than starting her own business, she will inform the client. This will result in the termination of all contractual relationships between COSENS and the client.
